King Saladeen's Urban Resilience

Artist: Hailing from the resilient streets of West Philadelphia, King Saladeen has transformed the harsh realities of his environment into a vibrant canvas of life. His body of work is a poignant exploration of nostalgia and tension, where he weaves together materials — found, gifted, and custom-made — to create expressionist canvases. The backdrops for his new works feature found fabrics with nostalgic prints, discoveries from the Los Angeles fashion district, and old photographs printed on fabric.

Artwork: Witness the exclusivity of King Saladeen's art with a limited release of 27 prints by Compound Gallery, marking the first 7 edition prints. Crafted on 310 GSM Paper, this masterpiece is sized at a captivating 30x20". Please note that the black background is not included.
